Q: Are you open for commissions/quotes?

A: We always post on the home page when opening official quotes! Rough quotes can be acquired any time, just send us an email.

Q: What's the difference between a rough quote and an official quote?

A: Official quotes only open a few times a year, and provide a final price for your purchase. If we accept your official quote application, you'll be able to buy a costume slot and have your character made!  

Rough quotes are always available and are meant to give you a general idea of how much your character would cost to commission.

Q: Do I have to be 18 to commission you?

A: Our main contact MUST be at least 18 years old so they can legally agree to our Terms of Service. If you're under 18, you can have a parent or other trusted adult commission your character for you with your input on design and fit.

Q: How do you pick who gets a slot?

A: We choose based on aesthetics & species of the character. We will also consider payment plan length and clarity of the application. If two entries tie, we will randomly select one as the winner.

Q: Can you finish the base I bought/made?

A: We do not work with premade bases! We like to keep a consistent style, and using parts made by other people would conflict with that.

Q: Can you make me a full body costume?

A: We don't currently make bodysuits or full body costumes! We may offer them in the future, but we'd like to gain more experience first.

Q: Can you make a sexy costume?

A: Sorry, no! We're not comfortable making suggestive costumes. This also goes for chest/crotch padding, suggestively placed markings, and nipples or nipple piercings.

Q: Are you willing to experiment with new things like moving jaws?

A: We love experimenting with new ideas! However, we can't promise the result will be on par with our other products. Only get an experimental costume if you're willing to accept a bit of risk!

Q: I'm allergic to _____. Can I safely buy a costume from you?

A: If you're allergic to rabbits or any of my materials we suggest you do not get a costume from us. We can take extra precautions for allergies besides these.

​

Q: What are your costumes made of?

A: We use a variety of polyester & cotton fabrics, acrylic paint, polyurethane foam, and nontoxic hot glue.

​

Q: What kind of fur do you use? Where do you get it?

A: We usually get Shannon Fabrics Luxury Shag from fabric.com!

​

Q: Do you make removable eyelids, tongues and eyebrows?

A: Yes! We love incorporating flexible expressions into our heads.

​

Q: How long have you been making costumes?

A: We made our first head around 2013-2014, and began making costumes professionally in late 2017.

​

Q: How long does it take you to make a costume?

A: Heads take 50+ hours!! Paws, tails, and wings can take 5-20+ hours. That translates into months of work to make even the simplest costume

​

Q: Do you have a favorite costume out of the ones you've made?

A: We can't pick between our creations, they're like children!
